Payment and refund terms

The website does not collect card information. Approved customers receive a Service Agreement and secure payment instructions separately.

No payment is required before the free consultation.
Payment is requested only after JOO Auto Care accepts the request and the customer chooses to proceed.
Full payment is required before paid work begins.
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, provided work has not begun.
Once work begins, the service fee becomes non-refundable.
Work includes document review, vehicle research, offer analysis, strategy preparation or personalized advisory support beyond the free consultation.
Payment covers the professional service provided, not the result.
No savings, purchase price, approval, trade-in value, incentive, rebate, discount or vehicle purchase is guaranteed.
Final decisions remain with the customer.

Yes. The initial 15-minute consultation is free, and no payment is required to book or discuss whether the service is suitable.

When is the C$1,000 payment requested?

Payment is requested only after JOO Auto Care accepts the request, you choose to proceed and the Service Agreement is completed.

Does the service guarantee savings or dealership acceptance?

No. The fee covers the professional service provided, not a specific discount, approval, purchase price, trade-in value or dealership outcome.

Does JOO Auto Care inspect vehicles?

No. Vehicle condition and mechanical quality require an independent inspection by a qualified professional.
