No payment is required before the free consultation. Payment is requested only after JOO Auto Care accepts the request, the customer chooses to proceed and the Service Agreement is completed.
Payment
The Premium Automotive Concierge Service costs C$1,000 CAD. Full payment is required before paid work begins. The website does not collect card information; approved customers receive secure payment instructions separately.
Cancellation window
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of payment and receive a full refund, provided work has not begun.
When work begins
Work includes document review, vehicle research, offer analysis, strategy preparation or personalized advisory support beyond the free consultation. Once work begins, the service fee becomes non-refundable.
Service result
Payment covers the professional service provided, not the result. No savings, pricing, approval, trade-in value, incentive, rebate, discount or vehicle purchase is guaranteed.
