What is an automotive concierge?
An automotive concierge provides structured guidance around vehicle decisions. JOO Auto Care helps customers understand offers, compare options, prepare questions and approach a purchase with greater confidence.
Is JOO Auto Care a dealership?
No. JOO Auto Care is not a dealership, licensed dealer or salesperson, lender, insurer, law firm, tax adviser or mechanical inspection service.
Do you guarantee savings?
No. The service does not guarantee savings, a specific vehicle price, a dealership discount or any particular outcome.
Do you negotiate directly with dealerships?
Our current service focuses on reviewing information, preparing a strategy, organizing questions and counteroffers, and supporting the customer. Any direct dealership communication must be agreed in the service scope; JOO Auto Care does not represent itself as a licensed dealer or salesperson.
What documents should I submit?
Relevant documents may include dealership quotes, purchase worksheets, financing or lease summaries, trade-in figures and lists of optional products. Remove unrelated sensitive information before uploading.
When is payment required?
No payment is required before the consultation. Payment is requested only after JOO Auto Care accepts the request, the customer chooses to proceed and the service agreement is completed.
What happens during the free consultation?
We discuss the vehicle, the dealership offer and where you need help. We explain the service, answer initial questions and determine whether JOO Auto Care is a suitable fit.
Can you help with financing or lease comparisons?
We can help organize and compare the pricing and deal structure shown in financing or lease information. We do not provide financial advice or guarantee approval.
Can you inspect the vehicle mechanically?
No. Vehicle condition and mechanical quality require an independent qualified inspection professional.
What is the refund policy?
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund if work has not begun. Once document review, vehicle research, offer analysis, strategy preparation or personalized advisory support begins, the fee becomes non-refundable.
Which areas do you serve?
Vehicle-buying guidance is available remotely across Canada. Tell us the city and province or territory where you are buying so we can understand the dealership market and confirm service suitability.
Can I use the service for a used vehicle?
Yes. Used-vehicle purchase guidance is available, but mechanical condition must be assessed independently by a qualified inspection professional.
